The Vitruvian Man is a drawing created by Leonardo da Vinci circa 1490. It is accompanied by notes based on the work of the architect Vitruvius.
"Pillars of Creation" is a photograph taken by the Hubble Telescope of interstellar gas and dust in the Eagle Nebula, some 7,000 light years from Earth, and about ten light-years tall. They are so named because the gas and dust are in the process of creating new stars, while also being eroded by the light from nearby stars that have recently formed.
The quote was the answer to the question, "Why is there something instead of nothing?" by Dr. Neil Degrasse Tyson at an interview with Stephen Colbert at Montclair Kimberley Academy on January 29th, 2010, with the constraint of using ten words or less.
